If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you may also have the right to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence.
Either party may terminate this agreement with reasonable notice. We may immediately suspend or terminate your access to our services if you breach these Terms or engage in conduct that we reasonably believe is harmful to our business or other users.
Upon termination, your right to use our services will cease immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, and governing law, shall remain in effect.
